Same old,same old

My session tonight was pretty much an exact replica of last night’s session except that the Snatch sets were done at a slightly higher pace. Here’s the result:

Intu Flow warm up

16kg Clean: 4 minutes @ 12rpm

16kg OAJ: 4 minutes @ 12 rpm

16kg Snatch: 2 minutes @ 20rpm

32kg Swing: 10/10
