I worked in some 32kg OAJ's during today's session. This is what I did:
Warm up: Z NWU 1
32kg OAJ: 5,5,5,5,5
24kg OAJ: 5,7,9,11,13
Core work and RMA basic exercises
The rest period for the jerk sets was 2 minutes and I completed the reps with the 32 and then the 24 before resting.
