2009/04/23 - Day 12: High intensity

After my cold I was finally feeling up to a slightly more intense session today. Now that I'm writing this it doesn't seem like much but Flowfit really kicks my butt every time. Anyway, this is what I did:

Static holds:

Front lever tuck: 10 x 6 seconds

Ring support: 10 x 6 seconds

Basic strength:

Pull ups: 3 x 3

Rocca (feet on box): 3 x 3

Flowfit (level 2);

2 minutes on / 1 minute off x 5 rounds
