2009/04/18 - Day 9: Not too intense

I'm still taking things fairly easy but at least I'm moving (a bit). I did the following today:

Static holds:

Front lever (tuck): 10 x 6 seconds

Ring support: 10 x 6 seconds

Basic strength:

Pull ups: 3 x 3

Rocca (feet on box): 3 x 3

6 rounds of Flowfit level 2
