I felt like some slightly longer sets today after the last few weeks' short sets (1 or 2 minutes only). Here's the result:
Kettlebell specific warm up
One Arm Jerk (16kg): 7 minutes @ 8 rpm: 28/28
Snatch (16kg): 4 minutes @ 12 rpm: 24/24
Swing (24kg): 20/20
Kettlebell specific cool down
That's it! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend. Now, back to Call of Duty 4.
