2008/10/12 - Sunday @ level 13

For my high intensity day I decided to do the Cincinasty. Here is how it all went:

Intuflow beginner level

16kg / 5 minutes work / 2 minutes rest:

Jerk: 30/30
Snatch: 32/32
Long cycle: 15/15

Swing (24kg): 20/20


I finished off with some Prasara body flows.
