2008/10/03 - Slightly faster, slightly shorter

For my high intensity day I decided to yet again up the pace but keep the time a bit shorter. I did:

Intuflow intermediate level

One Arm Jerk (16kg): 6 minutes @ 12rpm: 36/36
Snatch (16kg): 6 minutes @ 15rpm: 45/45

Swing (32kg): 15/15

Some Prasara movement flows to finish.

Thanks buddy. I'm just not sure that the visit by Steve and Ken is a good thing yet.

Oh yes, it's a good thing. Trust me, I've been through it and was not nearly as far along in my lifting as you. You'll be just fine and enjoy every bit of it.
