2009/08/25 - Snatching away

I just did snatches today. Here's the session:

Warm up: Swings / squats

Snatch (24kg): 10 sets of 10 (5 right and 5 left): Total: 100

Overhead squats with a towel

Bit of stretching


I was happy with the snatch form today. The bell flowed smoothly and I worked at a comfortable pace. Now I just need to keep doing this for ten minutes!

Nope, I haven't. Where is the "all day" thing coming from? I've been struggling to access the IKFF website in the last 2 days.

I shot Steve and Ken an email about it already myself. "All Day" has come out of a recent cert, I believe. I used it today to motivate myself through my sets with the 20kg. Worked like a charm! There's also "Dont go out like a bitch!" :)
