Today I focused mainly on one arm jerks, the idea being to focus more on snatches tomorrow. Here's the session:
Warmed up with body weight squats and some swings.
OAJ (24kg): 3 minutes @ 8 rpm
OAJ (24kg): 2 minutes @ 8rpm
Snatch (24kg): 2 minutes @ 12rpm
Cooled down with some stretching and more swings.
