Long day / Easy session

I had a LONG day today and ended up being pretty tired at 8pm when I finally had some time to train. Rather than pushing things I decided to take it easy. All I did was:

Intu Flow warm-up

16kg Clean: 2 minutes

16kg OAJ: 2 minutes

16kg Snatch: 2 minutes

24kg Swing: 15/15

Stretching to finish off.
