A slightly interrupted training week

I was in Namibia for business on Tuesday and Wednesday this week so I didn’t get in as much training as I would have liked. The sessions went like this:

2x20kg Jerk: 2 sets of 2 minutes @ 6rpm

16kg Snatch: 4 minutes @ 14rpm

20kg Swing: Tabata protocol

2x20kg Jerk: 5x1 min on 1 min off @ 6rpm

16kg Snatch: 4 minutes @ 14rpm

20kg Swing: Tabata protocol

2x20kg Jerk: 4x1 min on 1 min off @ 6rpm

2x20kg Jerk: 1 minute @ 8rpm

16kg Snatch: 5 minutes @ 14rpm

24kg Swing: Tabata protocol
